What you ask us.
Do I need a business to buy?
No. The home shop is for anyone: you see the prices without an account, and the account is created at checkout.
How many buns are in each box?
12 buns, already sliced.
Where do you ship?
To mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and to Portugal. Not yet to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Can I order different buns?
Yes. Each box is one bun, and you can combine as many as you like in one order. Shipping is worked out on the total number of boxes.
How long does it keep?
It arrives fresh, not frozen, and keeps for 10 days. If you freeze it, up to 6 months.
How do I thaw it?
About 2 hours at room temperature, without opening the bag. Overnight is even better. Never in the microwave.
How do I prepare it?
20-40 seconds on the griddle, cut side down. It seals the crumb so the sauce doesn't soak it.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. At checkout we ask for your ID number to issue it.
