What's in the SLIDERS bun?
WHEAT flour, water, sugar, butter (MILK), yeast, inactive WHEAT sourdough, WHEAT gluten, potato flour, salt, emulsifier (E471, E472e, E481), corn starch, EGG, flavouring, antioxidant (E300) and enzymes and carotenes (E160a). May contain SOY, MUSTARD and SESAME SEEDS.

What does it mean that it is a brioche bun?
That it is an enriched bread: besides flour, water, yeast and salt, it contains egg and butter. That is why the crumb is soft and holds the sauce without falling apart.
